Bu, 2024 \u015fartnamesinde bulunmayan \u00f6nemli bir yeniliktir.<\/li><li><strong>Teknolojik Takip ve Kontrol Sistemleri:<\/strong>&nbsp;2025 \u015fartnamesi, ara\u00e7larda bulunmas\u0131 gereken teknolojik sistemlere (Madde 2.25) \u00e7ok daha fazla odaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu sistemler; ara\u00e7 takibi, s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc mobil uygulamas\u0131, veli bilgilendirme, biyometrik s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc kimlik do\u011frulamas\u0131, ara\u00e7 i\u00e7i iklimlendirme takibi, kap\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131lma konum takibi gibi bir\u00e7ok detay\u0131 i\u00e7ermektedir.
